Please tell us:

To report an error: the entry ID (for example, r-0001) and what you believe is wrong, with the source location if you can.
To suggest a source: its full citation or DOI and the practitioner question it helps answer.
For an accessibility barrier: the page and what happened.
For a security issue: see our security contact file at /.well-known/security.txt.

We acknowledge error reports within 24 hours and correct the entry, or explain why no change is needed, within 7 days.

We do not offer coaching or consulting services through this site and cannot answer requests for referrals.
